Hej,
Comment to: 10 Ways to Fish GreenFrom: Gary Soucie · wf5f·at·roadrunner.com Submitted January 5th 2009 2 suggestions for proper handling of old tippets (and other pieces of monofilament found streamside): (1) Using a razor blade or sharp knife, slice an X into the plastic cap of a 35mm film canister (get 'em quick, before digital photography drives them into oblivion!). When you poke the bundled wad of tippet into the canister, the edges of the X cut into the cap will scrape it right off your finger. (2) Higher tech, but more expensive, get one of the new MonoMaster gadgets that are designed specifically for this purpose. Google for an on-line seller.
Comment to: Build a Flexible Fly Tying BenchFrom: Stu Bellmore · sbellmore·at·gmail.com Submitted January 4th 2009 Thank's for the idea. Mine is a bit different but inspired by your design. The magnetic strip is an excellent idea. I was wondering what make of vice is in the final photo. I haven't seen one like that up here in Northern Ontario. Could you pass on the name of the make to me. Again thank's for the innovative idea.

Nice, I will try that. Right now I'm using a finish nail and a head pin from new shirts and doing good.
